Spend diagnostic with a 3× guarantee

In 3 to 4 weeks we show how much your company spends, with whom, and where money is left on the table — all in Mexican pesos.

What you get

A clear spend map: categories, suppliers, and amounts. The largest leaks (concentration, duplicate buys, off-market prices, upcoming renewals), each quantified in pesos. And a plan for what to attack first — ready for the leadership table.

We do not touch your systems

Your team downloads SAT invoice XMLs (last 12 to 24 months) and we analyze them. We never ask for passwords or e.firma (Mexican electronic signature).

Digital purchase orders and contracts can be included. PDF contracts are accepted with a separate fee by volume, because digitizing and structuring them is extra work.

How it works

Simple process. We start with a 45-minute kickoff and close in week 4 with findings and an action plan.

  1. 1
    45-minute kickoff

Align scope and priorities. NDA signed before any file is opened.

  2. 2
    Data handoff

SAT XMLs (12–24 months). Optional: digital POs and contracts. PDFs with a separate fee by volume.

  3. 3
    Analysis and validation

Full spend by category and supplier. Concentration, duplicates, off-market prices, renewals. Finance validates before leadership review.

  4. 4
    Week-4 presentation

Largest savings opportunities in pesos, plus a prioritized attack plan.

Guarantee, billing, confidentiality

Written guarantee: if we do not identify and quantify savings of at least three times our fees, we refund 50%.

Billing: 50% at start, 50% on final delivery.

Confidentiality: NDA before any file. Your data is deleted 90 days after delivery — also in the contract.

Indicative fees (MXN)

  • Annual spend from ~$5M → diagnostic from $35,000
  • From ~$10M → $45,000
  • From ~$40M → $75,000
  • From ~$100M → $125,000

The calculator on the English home page estimates return against your spend band.

After the diagnostic

You can turn on modules from the catalog only where value is proven: sourcing, spend control, REPSE, or nearshoring onboarding.
